We’re proud to announce that we have been added to the Mitsubishi Electric Trade Plus Scheme, further showing our knowledge and experience in the heat pump sector and the trust Mitsubishi has in Alto Energy.
What does this mean for our Customers?
As a member of the scheme, it allows us to offer a 7 year warranty on Mitsubishi heat pumps instead of the 5 year warranty that we were previously able to offer. All Alto Energy customers who had a Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump designed, supplied and commissioned through us are eligible for the upgraded warranty if the order was placed after 2nd December, 2022.
Only a select few companies have been granted membership to the scheme which is why it’s such a big deal for us. In comparison, other companies are only able to offer warranties of either 2,3 or 5 years which means ordering through us just got even better.
The upgrade to the Mitsubishi warranty means that it now falls in line with the warranty we offer on alternative air source heat pumps, including Samsung and Bosch. Now it doesn’t matter which air source heat pump you choose, as long as your system is designed, supplied and commissioned through us, you’ll receive a 7 year warranty (T&C's apply). Great news for you and your customers!
To maintain the full warranty, the heat pump must be serviced annually by Alto Energy or by any other competent heating engineer.
