TURNKEY HEAT PUMP INSTALLATION

From our long time in the heat pump industry, Alto Energy has established a wide and highly-capable network of heat pump installers throughout the country: the Alto Assured installer network. By working in close cooperation with this network Alto Energy can deliver a fully-managed turnkey installation service for Air Source Heat Pumps.

Alto Energy’s Turnkey Heat Pump Installation Service is available for established energy efficiency contractors looking to deliver fully funded heat pumps, as well as experienced heat pump installers looking to increase their capacity or geographical reach.

Alto Energy can install a range of different heat pump brands under our Turnkey Heat Pump Installation Service, including the Worcester Bosch CS2000 range.

How Does are turnkey heat pump installation service work?

Following receipt of Retrofit Assessment, Alto Energy will manage the entire process including technical survey, customer liaison, delivery, installation and commissioning all the way through to production of the complete certification pack.

As part of a Retrofit Assessment, the main contractor will identify a property that qualifies for funding, a might be suitable for an air source heat pump installation.

We will carry out an initial assessment and advise whether we think the property is suitable for an air source heat pump. At this point we will also provide an indicative price for turnkey installation.

FEASIBILITY

We will complete a full MCS design as well as a pre-works survey and walkthrough with the resident. We will then provide a final quotation to the main contractor.

DESIGN & WALKTHROUGH

We will book the installation with the resident and then complete the installation, carry out quality control and commissioning, and then finally MCS certify the heat pump installation.

INSTALLATION

Once complete, we’ll deliver the MCS certificate alongside the rest of the handover documentation to the main contractor for funding submission. Furthermore we provide an end-user warranty agreement directly to the homeowner, and will be their ongoing point of contact for aftercare and service.
