We also want to express our sincere gratitude to our hardworking employees, who have consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service throughout the year.
Please note that our offices will be closed during the festive period. If you experience any technical issues and need assistance, our call-back service for tech-related queries will be available, though with limited capacity. We will also have a limited number of engineers on standby between Christmas and New Years Day. Below, you'll find our Christmas closing schedule and details about the call-back service.
Christmas Shut Down
Our office will be closed during the Christmas holidays, and the ‘out of office’ voicemail system will be updated to reflect this.
Tuesday 24th December: Office hours (limited service) – 09:00 - 12:00
Wednesday 25th December - Thursday 1st January: Office closed
Thursday 2nd January: Office re-opens - 09:00 - 17:00
Technical Support & Call-back Service
If you experience technical issues during the holidays, you can request a technical support call-back. All channels will be monitored throughout the Christmas break and we will endeavour to provide telephone technical support for any emergency requirements that arise during this time.
25th - 27th December: Call-back service for urgent issues – 10:00 - 14:00
30th - 31st December: Call-back service for urgent issues – 10:00 - 14:00
1st January: Call-back service for urgent issues – 10:00 - 14:00
2nd January: Reopen – 09:00 - 17:00
Servicing and Non-emergency faults
If you need to arrange an annual service or have a non-emergency fault, please get in touch and we will contact you in the New Year to provide technical support or book in an engineer visit.
