The end of 2021 is nearly upon us and when we look back we are certain that it will be viewed as the year that the Heat Pump industry finally achieved blast off. This year has been unbelievably busy, with so many enquiries about heat pumps from homeowners, heating installers and housebuilders, all of whom are looking to improve green credentials and do their bit to better the environment. The year has also been very challenging, with the triple threat of COVID, Brexit and global supply chain problems meaning that our ability to supply heat pumps to the huge level of demand has been difficult.
Despite these challenging circumstances, we are enormously proud of all of our staff here who have been nothing short of 110% committed to delivering the very highest levels of service. As ever though, huge thanks must go to our customers who have continued to support our business and everything we are trying to achieve here at Alto Energy.
Christmas time is almost upon us so we wanted to let you know when our office will be closed for the Christmas break. There will still be technical support through this time, just on a limited schedule. Below we outline how and when technical support will be available, and where you can source spare parts.
The Christmas Break

All channels will be monitored throughout the Christmas Break and we will endeavour to provide telephone technical support for any emergency requirements that arise during this time.

If you are wanting to arrange an annual service, or if you have a non-emergency fault please still get in touch with us and we will contact you in the New Year to book in engineer visits and provide technical support as normal.
Useful Tips
Spare Parts
IVT spare parts can be purchased through our online outlet over the Christmas break:
Orders from the 'Popular Items' collection, placed during the Christmas Break, will be dispatched on a next operating day basis (please see schedule above).
This means that any orders placed before 11am on Wednesday 29th December will be dispatched on that day for next-day delivery on Thursday 30th December. Any orders placed before 11am on Thursday 30th December will be dispatched on that day for next-day delivery on Friday 31st December. Any orders placed after this time will get dispatched on our return to the office on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

For all other enquiries, including for new heat pump projects and heat pump service bookings please just contact us through our usual contact form, and we will respond to you in the New Year.
