SAM KEATS JOINS OUR SUPPORT TEAM
Introducing our new Technical Support Apprentice
We are delighted to welcome Sam Keats, who has joined our Support team this month. Sam joins us as a Technical Support Apprentice, and will be studying for his BTEC First Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Skills at Abingdon & Witney College.
Sam has recently completed his NVQ Level 2 in General Engineering, also at Abingdon & Witney College.
Sam is the second of two new recruits we planned for 2019. Our first appointment was Tom Cattell, who joined our sales team earlier this year. You can read more about that here.
Sam will be assisting our technical support team, as we look to bolster our technical offering This will enable us to provide faster response times through our technical support desk, which improves our overall business offering to end-users and installers alike.
Sam will be spending time in the office and out with our team of heat pump engineers.
Our Recruitment Philosophy
The heat pump market is forecast to grow significantly between now and 2025, with heat pumps representing a key technology for the UK government’s policies tackling climate change.
In order to successfully handle that growing demand, we need a team of skilled staff who share our Alto Energy principles. We’ve decided that the best way to do this is to recruit trainees and apprentices, and invest in training and on-the-job mentoring.
