We’re looking for a skilled office worker to join our amazing office team. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our business support team. We operate in the exciting, challenging and growing market of renewable energy products - specifically ground and air source heat pumps - and so we’re looking for the right person to help us achieve our goals.
What We Are Looking For?
We are looking for people who
Have experience in an office role, ideally in the engineering or technology sector, or any sector with a high degree of compliance/standards
Enjoy getting things right. Correct and accurate administration is the key to making our business successful. You’ll need to be someone with an attention for detail who enjoys things being right.
Are happy being in the office. This is an office based role.
Are comfortable and confident working with a computer.
Are happy being on the phone with customers. We receive a large volume of calls into our business and we expect our customers to be able to speak with someone helpful and friendly.
Take satisfaction from finishing the job and doing it accurately and completely
Are able to manage their time and be self motivated. This is so important, as we have many jobs running concurrently and we will rely on you to be constantly reviewing the tasks that need to be done.
What Does A Business Support Agent Do?
Sales Support
Supporting the account managers with sales activities
Completing sales compliance administrative tasks
Monitoring sales workflow
Proactively chasing missing paperwork from sales folders
Follow up on stale quotes that have not proceeded within the expiry period
After Sales Support
Completing project delivery administrative tasks
Managing subcontractor compliance
Proactively correcting non-compliances
Compiling handover packs for completed projects
Service Desk Support
Managing periodic service reminders
Managing service plan renewals
Contacting customers to confirm appointments
General
Telephone / reception – first line answering on all overflow calls

Job Type: Full-time (school hours contract possible)
Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience)
The job is an office job. Office hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday; and 8.30am – 3.30pm Friday. The office is in Carterton, West Oxfordshire.
