Why do you install heat pumps rather than just doing conventional boilers and what prompted you to start doing so?
“To be fair as an installer I’m installing what the customer demands but also to have less reliance on fossil fuels and reduce carbon. I’ve been installing heat pumps since 2012 and there is more customer awareness than ever before which leads to more enquiries and demand.”
