Heating engineer, Mr Peacock, installed an air source heat pump for his own property as he wanted to reduce his bills and use a greener source of energy. He formerly had a 600 litre oil tank which used to cost him approximately £1,500 to fill annually. With rising oil prices, he was worried about the future cost of running the system and therefore decided to make the change.
In addition to the heat pump, Mr Peacock also decided it was a good idea to remove all the existing downstairs radiators and installed underfloor heating.
As someone who has installed many heat pumps, Mr Peacock thought potential customers would be filled with confidence knowing that their installer owned a similar system in his own property. It’s also a great way for him to showcase the cost savings first-hand.
What has the service been like from Alto Energy?
