Heat Pump Installer Guide

We recognise that making the transition from traditional heating systems to heat pumps is a significant step for installers. We also understand the importance of ensuring the systems you select deliver reliable performance for homeowners. Our guide aims to give you the confidence that partnering with us ensures a smooth transition and dependable results.

Heat Pump Training

At Alto Energy, we provide free heat pump training for plumbing and heating installers. This is the first step toward becoming an Alto Assured Partner Installer. The training course is designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to install MCS accredited heat pumps. Becoming a Partner Installer enables us to recommend plumbers to customers while providing access to our MCS umbrella scheme, ensuring compliance and offering full support for heat pump installations.

Mitchell and Bond Plumbing and Heating

After attending our complimentary heat pump training course, Mitchell and Bond Plumbing and Heating joined Alto Energy as Assured Partner Installers in December 2023. Since then, they’ve installed several Worcester Bosch heat pumps, with Alto providing all MCS design, supply, commissioning, and paperwork support. We recently caught up with the team to learn more about their experience working with us.
