Every new IVT Greenline ground source heat pump supplied and commissioned by Alto Energy comes with a free 5 year Bosch parts and labour warranty. This comprehensive warranty covers the supply and installation of parts to replace components in the event of a failure, providing peace of mind for the future.

Reduced Rate VAT

Installing a new IVT Greenline HE ground source heat pump attracts a reduced rate of VAT, meaning you only pay 5% VAT. This is in contrast to the standard 20% VAT rate paid on repairs. This means that purchasing a replacement heat pump can be a surprisingly affordable option.

Rising Oil and LPG Prices

At the time of writing in February 2018, heating oil prices are at a two-year high; LPG prices too continue to track at a high rate. This means that the equivalent cost per unit of heat delivered is over 50% cheaper with a ground source heat pump compared to heating oil and LPG.

Professional Installation

Through our network of approved installation partners, Alto Energy will organise the disconnection and collection of your old heat pump, and installation of your new heat pump onto the existing connections. If you are looking at making alterations to the existing ground loop or distribution system, this is possible however we recommend you contact us at an early stage to discuss this.
