The last few Autumns and Winters really have been a bit crazy when it comes to heat pump and hot water cylinder stock. Before the pandemic hit, most manufacturers had no ongoing stock issues however from 2020 onwards there has been a dramatic change, meaning we can no longer assume there will never be any issues with the supply chain. We therefore decided to make a big change to our distribution strategy. We extended our warehouse capacity so that we could significantly increase the quantities of both heat pumps and hot water cylinders from various manufacturers so that we could hold in stock ourselves.
Since then, our business has grown rapidly and we are now planning a further extension to our warehouse to make room for even more stock.
Our busiest period in terms of new orders that require delivery usually tends to be the Autumn and any heating installers in need of products can rest assured that we’ve planned ahead and have ample stock.
So if you find your having difficulty procuring supply of products direct from manufacturers or via your usual distribution channel, please get in touch as we may very well have stock of exactly what you need (or an equivalent alternative). We have a range of efficient air source heat pump products, including brands such Samsung, Bosch and Mitsubishi. We also have a variety of compatible cylinders that can be paired with any of the heat pumps we supply.

Alto Assured MCS Umbrella Scheme
Our MCS umbrella scheme is designed to enable your customers to receive a fully MCS accredited heat pump installation, without all the hassle of maintaining the accreditation and compiling all of the paperwork yourself. We design, specify and supply all the heat pump equipment you need, whilst you take care of the installation. Once the heat pump is fitted, one of our regionally-based engineers will inspect and commission the installation.

Alto Energy assumes full responsibility for the full scope of work, including design, supply, installation, set to work and commissioning of the heat pump system. Your customers will receive a comprehensive handover pack, including MCS certificate, and Alto Energy will also apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant on their behalf.
