‘Why doesn’t Alto offer every single heat pump product then?’, I hear you ask. Well, the need to offer multiple products must always be counter-balanced against our fundamental philosophy that we need to be the product experts for each product that we supply. Only then can our customers take confidence in our ability to design, commission, service and, in rare instances, diagnose any issues with the heat pumps we supply.
Our aim is to provide a cradle-to-grave service for every heat pump we supply. That means designing the heat pump system at the outset, supporting the installer with free training and unlimited technical support through the installation, commissioning it, providing ongoing service and maintenance for the life of the heat pump, and identifying and correcting any issues that may arise.
